CCEI hosts online meetings focused on topics of interest to member schools. Online meetings are conducted using Elluminate. All participants are strongly encouraged to use headphones during the online meeting to prevent feedback. Headphones with a microphone provide better voice quality but just simple headphones will eliminate feedback and make for a more productive meeting. Elluminate also allows up to 4 users to transmit a video feed from a webcam during the meeting. For those new to Elluminate the moderator of the meeting will be available 10 minutes before the scheduled start to help with any technical issues.
Online meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of every month at 11:00 a.m. EST.
